Training schedule: 

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 20.10 to 21.40.

Saturday kl. 12.00 til 13.30.


Vi opfordrer til, at man er omklædt og klar til træning senest 5 min. før, træningen begynder.

Medlemskabet koster Kr. 500,- om måneden. Medlemskabet gælder både for Motionsholdet + Motionsholdet Plus.
